Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the approval status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current one and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.

If any item is missing, contact us immediately. We'll proceed to raise a claim with the courier. Once confirmed as lost by the courier, we'll send out a replacement.

We can't offer replacements or refunds if the frame has been damaged, scratched, finished, or installed. The frame must be in its original condition and packaging for us to resolve the issue effectively.

Yes, you retain full ownership and copyright of all images you order.

We won't use or share them for any purposes other than delivering your prints.

We delete all uploaded pictures from our systems at the end of the calendar month following a 30-day holding period after upload or purchase.

Yes, please refrain from ordering images you don't own, explicit content, or any material that could be considered offensive or infringing. We can't print images without the appropriate rights, and you're liable for any legal issues arising from such uploads.
