Shipping policy

At MOMNT Frames, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible regarding shipping. We offer free shipping. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although we aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible.

We understand that our customers may have larger orders, and for orders exceeding 20 frames, we offer different shipping methods, such as freight. Please contact us for further details.

Please note that the prices stated on our product pages do not include tax. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched, and we will provide you with a tracking number through the courier. We also understand that delivery delays can occur, and in the event that your parcel is delayed due to issues with the courier, we will work with you to find a solution. If your parcel is confirmed as lost, we will make a claim and send out replacements immediately.
